How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
Are Kala watches water-resistant?
Yes, most of our collection is rated at 3ATM or 5ATM water resistance. This means they can withstand splashes and brief immersion in water, but we recommend removing them before swimming or showering.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the watch in its original, unworn condition with all packaging for a full refund.
Do my watches come with a warranty?
Every Kala Watch is backed by a 2-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects in the movement, case, and crystal. It does not cover normal wear and tear or battery replacement.
Can I adjust the strap size myself?
Our leather and mesh straps are easily adjustable. For our stainless steel link bracelets, we include a complimentary link removal tool with your order so you can achieve the perfect fit at home.
